2. Fill out the required information on our registration form.

3. Agree to our terms and conditions

4. Click “sign up” and you will receive an activation message  sent to your email.

5. Activate your account and login to begin.

2. Click on the “finance” tab and click on “deposit”. You can also visit https://broker.moon4traders.com/deposit

3. Pick your deposit method which includes Cryptocurrency, Stable Coins or Fiat.

4. To deposit with United States Dollar you must have your KYC verification completed for more information visit our “how to complete your KYC verification” guide. All deposits have fees, please review the amounts before depositing.

2. Click on “platforms” and then on “MT4” on the left side of your dashboard’s screen.

3. Choose which type of account you wish to create, pick your specifications such as Real account, Demo account, leverage, etc. Once you have chosen all the specifications, click on “create”. You will soon receive an email with your credentials.

2. Click on “profile” on the left hand side of your Moon4Traders dashboard or visit https://broker.moon4traders.com/profile

3. Once on your profile click on “KYC”.

4. Upload the required information by clicking on the “pencil icon”, this information will include a selfie holding your photo ID, the front of your photo ID, the back of your photo ID and lastly a recent utility bill or bank statement that matches your profile information including your address (PDF format preferred).

5. Once you have uploaded all documents and images, click on “validate”. And you are done, you will receive an update on your KYC verification within
the next 24 hours.

6. Clients that wish to validate a bank card must upload a front picture of their bank card under the level 3 of verification “advanced” (you can cover any information that you do not wish to be shared) but this image must include the card number and your full name in order to be validated. You will receive an update on your KYC verification within
the next 24 hours.

3. Fill out the form, read and understand the agreement. Once completed we will notify you within 5 business days.

1. Login to your Moon4traders account, go to the “Helpdesk” tab or visit:

2. Click on “New Ticket” and a section will appear where you need to fill in the requested information. As a final step, click on “Create.”

You also have the option to upload an image by using the upload button located at the bottom of the support ticket..

3. Our support team will contact you as soon as possible.

3. To start your withdrawal, click on the “request withdrawal” button in the top right corner of your screen.

4. Select the account that you wish to withdraw from, select your currency, enter the deposit destination code and the amount to be withdrawn. Once your request is received, you will receive an email confirmation, note that withdrawals can take up to 24 hours to process.
